Online Eye Health Records

The patient portal allows established patients at our office to access their past eye exam records. Patients can also view their active glasses and contact lens prescriptions, schedule future eye exams, communicate with their eye doctor, view account balances, and much more from any computer.

Patients receive a login username and one-time temporary password at the end of their first eye exam at our office. Once they login to the website, they will be prompted to change their password, and then setup is complete. This is a great tool for patients and we are proud to allow patients access to their eye health history.
